It seems that life has become so busy that we all seem to be burning the candle at both ends, being pulled in so many directions with work, kids, sports, family and the list goes on. Finding the time to always make good food choices is increasingly difficult, leading to a lack of energy, feeling fatigued, and being in a seemingly endless mental fog.
